We watched this when it aired on BBC. It was more a social commentary in the UK, too, about traveling to work in London, etc.

Really helps show what a pain in the arse it is to run a car here if you’re low income. I know my parents would be in serious trouble if I couldn’t repair the family’s cars and we had to use mechanics.
